Integro
Integro Insurance brokers - incorporating Robertson Taylor, Walton & Parkinson, Longreach Doodson, ACJ and Ellis Clowes - is an international insurance brokerage operating from offices spread across the UK and USA. Recognised as world leaders in their field the major Entertainment & Sport practice specialise in designing insurance policies that meet the needs and special requirements of bands & artists of all stature, promoters & booking agents, festivals, venues, managers, recording studios, industry associations, as well as music, film & TV production companies, sports governing bodies, teams and players, theatres & venues. The Team of experts meet the insurance needs of those engaged right across the entertainment industry.
Originally investing in Long Reach In 2001 and going onto to acquire long established theatre insurance broker Walton & Parkinson Ltd ("W&P") in 2009 followed by the acquisition of Robertson Taylor in 2011, Rivertrade sold its shareholding to Integro Group in December 2017.
PT Jawamanis Rafinasi / Windsor and Brook
Jawamanis is a newly constructed sugar refinery close to Jakarta, Indonesia that commenced production in August 2002. The refinery is ideally located for easy access to raw sugar and to supply its largely multi-national industrial customers. It delivers to part of the large and expanding demand for high quality industrial grade refined sugar in Indonesia that has until recently been almost entirely met by imports. Windsor and Brook is a company set up to procure raw sugar and manage market risk for Jawamanis. Jawamanis has now been sold to Wilmar International Group

Fox Poker Ltd

John Kinder was a seed investor in www.betfair.com launched in June 2000 which is a web based person-to-person betting exchange that has in six years trading grown to become the undisputed global market leader with current revenues of ₤107 million per annum and over 5 million bets placed per day from over 80 countries. It allows individuals to choose their odds, and to place bets via the internet both on or against any sporting or other event outcome eliminating the need for a bookmaker. It has won both the Queens Award to Industry and the CBI’s Company of the Year Award. Betfair was recently successfully floated on the London Stock Exchange
Nautical Petroleum plc
Originally an investment in Masefield Energy specialising in production and processing of heavy, acidic, crude oils it has been converted into a holding in its principal activity in AIM listed Nautical Petroleum (NPE). NPE is an independent hydrocarbon exploration and development company that seeks to acquire, develop and add value to discovered heavy oil, initially on the United Kingdom Continental Shelf.
Indochina Assets Limited
The IAL Group is one of the most successful restaurant groups in the Indochina region, most notably through its flagship operation the FCC in Cambodia.
